Target Analysis/Classes Profiling

HPLC-API-MS-PDA coupling is perfectly suited for target analysis and classes profiling. High speed RP Chromatography with the use of commercial silica based monolithic C-18 columns offers short time analysis. FINNIGAN LTQ allows to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis in a full scan mode as well as SIM and SRM modes. Online CID fragmentation experiments in both positive and negative modes giving an opportunity for identification/elucidation of unknown detected components as well as verification of the known ones. Parallel UV/VIS data acquisition offers double check for known targets as well as giving valuable information on unknowns and on components that can not be ionized.
